Information we collect

We collect information you provide when booking or contacting us, such as your name, email, mobile number, address, attendee details, booking selections, signed waivers, and messages. Our payment provider processes card details; we retain payment references and limited card information such as brand and last four digits, not full card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to complete bookings, issue receipts and check-in passes, manage classes and lessons, provide support, maintain safety records, prevent fraud, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

SMS privacy

When you separately opt in to SMS, we use your mobile number and consent record only for transactional messages from Dennis PaSamba Dance Company, such as booking receipts, reminders, schedule changes, and account updates. SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell personal information.

Messaging providers and mobile carriers may process information only as needed to deliver messages. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.

Service providers and retention

We share information only with providers needed to operate the studio, process payments, send requested communications, host our systems, or comply with law. We keep records only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, then delete or de-identify them.
