Our bachata group class focuses on social dancing for adults. It is structured as a four-week session. The cost is $95 for the entire session. You do not need a partner to join. Partners rotate during class. This helps everyone learn to lead and follow different people. This is how social dancing works at a wedding. You will start with the fundamental bachata basic step. This is the foundation of the dance. From there, you will learn a simple turn. These two elements are perfect for guest dancing. You will practice them with different partners. Once you complete the four-week bachata group class, you might want to continue dancing. We offer additional ways to practice and improve. Our Friday Social is a great option. It is a practice party where you can apply what you learned. This is not a substitute for class, but a chance to dance in a social setting. It costs $15 to attend the Friday Social. This is a perfect environment to refine your bachata steps. You can practice with classmates and other dancers. It helps build your confidence for events like wedding receptions.
