• Bi-Weekly Friday Socials: Practice your steps on the floor! We host Salsa, Bachata, and Cumbia socials on the 1st & 3rd Friday of every month (7:00 PM – 11:00 PM), and Kizomba socials on the 2nd & 4th Friday (7:30 PM – 11:00 PM).

To ensure our students master foundational technique, our regular monthly group classes are structured as 4-week progressive series rather than drop-ins. This structured environment lets you grow your confidence alongside the same encouraging group of classmates each week.

If you are looking for single-night drop-in flexibility, our Friday socials are the perfect fit! We host drop-ins exclusively during these bi-weekly social events, which always start with a fun introductory mini-lesson.

What it's really like in the studio

When the studio doors open on Friday night or for a weekend group course, the energy in the room instantly shifts. I often see new dancers walk in after a long work week with tense shoulders, looking a little nervous about taking their first steps. Within twenty minutes—once the music starts and we break down the basic side-to-side rhythm—that tension completely vanishes. You hear laughter across the room as partners connect and footwork starts clicking into place. By the end of the evening, those same dancers are chatting with new friends and gliding across the floor. Dance has an incredible way of turning a room of strangers into a tight-knit community, and sharing that experience week after week is why we have loved teaching in Chicago for over three decades.
