4. Studio rental rules
- 24-hour cancellation. Cancel with more than 24 hours notice: refund minus the Square fee. Inside 24 hours: no refund.
- I leave the studio as I found it. Trash out, lights off, floor clear.
- Cameras are on in common / studio areas for security.
- I am responsible for damage, extra cleaning, and missing water / product / equipment. Dennis PaSamba may charge the card on file.
- Street shoes off the dance floor.
- Shared practice is not a private class. Whole-room rental is exclusive.
- No door code. Call or text Dennis when you arrive and he will let you in.
- The card on file is for damage / missing items / extra time only — not a surprise extra rental.
5. Pay and confirm
Your booking is confirmed only after the card goes through. We keep the card on file for documented damage or missing items only.
