During your four week beginner session, you will focus on core rhythm, posture, and fundamental footwork. We break down complex movements into simple parts so you can learn without feeling overwhelmed. Each weekly class builds directly on what you learned the week before. This progressive format helps muscle memory sink in naturally. By the time you complete your fourth week, you will feel comfortable dancing to full songs on a social floor.

Taking a dedicated four week series is much more effective than dropping into random single classes. It gives you a consistent schedule and a group of fellow beginners who are all learning together. You get to practice with classmates who share your exact skill level, which creates a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere. Everyone is there to learn, laugh, and improve their skills together week after week in our welcoming Chicago studio.
