Four Week Group Latin Class Cancellation and Makeup Policy

How Do Cancellations and Makeup Classes Work for Our Four-Week Group Latin Series?

Joining our four-week group Latin class series is a fantastic way to learn salsa, bachata, and cha-cha. At Dennis PaSamba Dance Company, each four-week group series costs $95 per person. Because our series progressive schedule moves quickly, consistency helps you build solid dance skills. When you register, your spot is reserved for all four weeks. We keep our group sizes balanced so everyone gets plenty of dance practice on the floor.

Life happens, and plans can change quickly. If you need to cancel your registration before the four-week series begins, please inform us as early as possible. Providing advance notice allows us to adjust our class rosters and offer your spot to another eager dancer on the waiting list. You can reach out directly by calling or texting 717-PaSamba (717-727-2622) to update us on your attendance status.

If you miss a single class during your active four-week group Latin series, we understand that conflicts arise. While we do not offer monetary refunds for missed individual classes, we encourage students to ask about available makeup options. Depending on our current class schedule, you may be able to attend a parallel group session to catch up. Contacting us promptly by text or call gives you the best chance to coordinate a makeup.

Remember that you never need to bring a partner to any of our group Latin sessions. In all of our classes, partners rotate continuously so everyone gets equal practice with different leads and follows. If you join a makeup class, you will fit right into the rotation seamlessly. This friendly setup helps you make up missed material quickly while meeting other students who share your passion for Latin dancing in Chicago.

Occasionally, severe weather or unforeseen events require Dennis PaSamba Dance Company to cancel a scheduled group class session. If our studio must cancel a class, we will notify all enrolled students immediately via text or phone call. In these instances, we will extend the series by one week or schedule an official makeup session. Your $95 investment is always protected whenever an emergency studio cancellation occurs.

Our dance studio is conveniently located at 4820 W. Irving Park Rd. in Chicago, right in the vibrant Six Corners and Irving Park neighborhood. We offer free parking behind the building, making your trip to class easy and stress-free. Whether you need to notify us about an upcoming absence or ask a question about your $95 class series, you can always reach us by calling or texting 717-PaSamba (717-727-2622).

To get the most value out of your $95 four-week group Latin class series, we recommend marking all four class dates on your calendar in advance. If you know ahead of time that you will miss a week, tell your instructor during class or send us a text. Staying proactive helps us support your dance goals and keep you on track throughout the entire four-week rotation.
