How Should You Frame Your Text Message to Get Class Rates?
Getting information about dance lessons should be quick and convenient. To start, save our main studio contact number, 717-PaSamba (717-727-2622), in your mobile phone. We use text messaging as our primary way to communicate with new and returning students. Located at 4820 W. Irving Park Rd. in the Six Corners area of Irving Park, Chicago, our studio welcomes your inquiries anytime you want to learn more about joining us.
When you compose your text message, keep it simple and direct. You can start by introducing yourself with your first name so we know who we are talking to. Mentioning that you are looking for class rates gives us the exact context needed to help you. A short, friendly greeting is all it takes to start the conversation, and you will get a helpful response without any high-pressure sales talk.
To help us provide the most accurate pricing details, tell us what style of dance you want to learn. Are you interested in salsa, bachata, or another style? It is also helpful to state whether you prefer group classes or private lessons. Including your current experience level, such as absolute beginner or intermediate, allows us to match you with the right program details when sending over our current rates.
You can use a very basic template when sending your text message. For example, you can write: Hi, my name is Sam. What are the current rates for beginner group salsa classes? Another option is: Hello, I would like to get information on private lesson rates for couples. Sending a clear message like this allows our team to reply immediately with the exact pricing and schedule details you need.
Once you hit send on your text to 717-PaSamba, our team will review your message promptly. We send back simple, straightforward information detailing the current rates and available class times. We want your entry into dance to be as smooth as possible. You can also ask about our location features, such as our free parking area right at our Irving Park studio location, during the same text chat.
You can send a text message at any time of day that fits your busy routine. While replies are sent during standard studio operating hours, texting allows you to reach out whenever you think of a question. There is no need to make a formal phone call during work hours. Texting gives you a written record of our rates that you can review whenever you are ready to plan your schedule.
After you receive the class rates via text, feel free to ask follow-up questions in the same text thread. You can ask about what shoes to wear, how to register, or details regarding our free parking options at 4820 W. Irving Park Rd. Texting creates an open line of friendly communication with Dennis PaSamba Dance Company, making your entire onboarding experience simple, clear, and completely stress-free from day one.
