Shoes ship from the manufacturer
Dance shoes are not stocked at the studio. They are shipped directly from the manufacturer to the address you provide at checkout.
Unused shoes: 14 days from delivery
You may return unused shoes within 14 days of delivery for store credit or a size exchange. The shoes must be unworn and in original condition with all packaging.
Try on only on clean carpet
To keep soles returnable, try shoes on only on clean carpet. Worn, scuffed, or soiled soles cannot be returned or exchanged.
Defective: 30 days — replace or refund
If a pair arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.
Return shipping
The customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
