Salsa at a Wedding Reception

When the salsa songs start at a reception, a 4-week class means you are on the floor instead of watching.

Guest dancing is this class

Group salsa gives guests a basic, a turn or two and the confidence to ask someone to dance.

The first dance is different

If you are the couple preparing a first dance to your song, that is a private wedding package, not this class.

Dance with Confidence at the Wedding

Imagine feeling completely at ease when the DJ plays a salsa tune. Our classes are designed for beginners, so you learn fundamental steps and how to move with music. You will gain the confidence to join the fun on the dance floor.

Learning salsa adds a special touch to your wedding experience. You won't feel left out when everyone else is dancing. Instead, you'll be able to participate, making memories with friends and family. It's about enjoying every moment of the celebration.

Even if you've never danced before, our instructors make it easy to learn. They break down each step, and you practice in a supportive group setting. The goal is for you to feel comfortable and enjoy dancing, not to become a professional. A basic understanding is all you need to have a great time.

A 4-week session builds a strong foundation. You learn how to connect with a partner and follow the music's rhythm. This prepares you for various social dance situations, especially at a wedding. You'll be ready to impress without any prior experience.

Group Classes for All Guests

Our group salsa classes are perfect for any wedding guest. Whether you're a family member, a friend, or part of the wedding party, everyone can learn together. No partner is needed, as we rotate partners in class. This helps everyone learn to lead and follow with different people.

The relaxed atmosphere makes learning enjoyable. You meet new people who share your interest in dancing. It's a fun way to prepare for the reception's dance floor. You'll discover that learning salsa is a rewarding experience.

A 4-week session costs $95. This fee covers all your instruction for the month. It's an affordable way to gain a new skill and enhance your wedding experience. Group classes are held at 4820 W. Irving Park Rd., Chicago, IL 60641, in the Six Corners area. Free parking is available for your convenience.

If you miss a class, you can make it up during the current session. Just let us know, and we'll help you schedule it. This flexibility ensures you don't miss out on your learning. Please remember that no refunds are given for missed classes.

For additional practice, consider attending our Friday Socials. These are informal practice sessions, not classes, and cost $15. It's a great way to reinforce what you've learned before the big event. The socials are not a substitute for regular classes but a helpful addition.
