For small groups of up to 6 people who need a private focus area, our closed-room rental is $45 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. This option keeps the door closed so your team can practice music, dance routines, or theatrical scenes without distraction.
If your rehearsal group is a bit larger, you can book the whole studio space for up to 40 people. Rehearsal space rates for the full studio are $75 per hour during the daytime and $100 per hour after 6pm, with a 2-hour minimum.
For budget-friendly individual floor time, we also offer shared practice space at $15 per person per hour for up to 6 people with a 1-hour minimum. During shared practice, other artists may share the room while you work on your material.
Every small group rehearsal rental includes our studio sound system, studio lighting, fast Wi-Fi, and basic seating for break times. One folding table is also available upon request for your notebooks, props, or equipment at no extra charge.
