How Do You Take the CTA to Quince Choreography Classes?
Getting to your quince choreography practice by public transit is very convenient in Chicago. Our studio sits at 4820 W. Irving Park Rd. in the historic Six Corners neighborhood. This active intersection connects major bus routes and train lines across the northwest side. Dancers can travel safely and easily without worrying about driving in heavy traffic. Taking the CTA allows teens and parents to arrive relaxed and ready to dance together.
The CTA Blue Line provides direct train service close to our studio space. You can get off at the Irving Park Blue Line station. From the station, you can hop on the westbound Irving Park bus or take a quick walk down the street to reach us. The Blue Line connects downtown Chicago and O'Hare, making it easy for court members coming from different parts of the city to meet up for weekly quince practice.
If you prefer taking the bus, the #80 Irving Park bus stops right near our front doors. This route runs east and west straight along Irving Park Road all day long. Dancers riding from the east or west sides of town can step off the bus just steps away from our building. It is a straight shot that drops you off close to our studio, so you never have to walk far in bad weather.
Six Corners is also served by the #56 Milwaukee bus and the #54 Cicero bus routes. These two major bus lines intersect right at Irving Park Road. If your quince court members live north or south along Cicero, or along Milwaukee Avenue, they can take one bus directly to Six Corners. Once you arrive at the main intersection, our studio is just a very short walk west on Irving Park Road.
Taking the CTA is a great option for entire quince courts traveling together. Teammates can meet up at a train station or bus stop and ride to class as a group. Group classes cost $95 for 4 weeks. No partner is needed to join, and partners rotate during lessons. Traveling together on the CTA helps build team bonding before you even step onto the dance floor to practice your routines.
Planning your trip on the CTA is simple using transit apps or the CTA website. You can check real-time bus arrivals so you never wait long outside. Our location at 4820 W. Irving Park Rd. is easy to find right in the heart of the Irving Park neighborhood. If parents decide to drive instead of transit, we also have free parking available near the building. But public transit remains a fast, reliable choice.
Arriving on time for quince choreography practice helps you get the most out of every single lesson. CTA buses and Blue Line trains run frequently throughout the afternoon and evening hours. This flexible schedule makes it simple to fit dance classes into busy school and work calendars. Dancers can quickly head home or grab a snack nearby at Six Corners after completing their productive four-week dance session.
