Cumbia dance relies on clear rhythm, timing, and connection between partners. When your team learns Cumbia steps together, they practice non-verbal communication and active listening. These shared physical movements encourage cooperation and break down workplace barriers. Co-workers quickly realize how supporting each other on the dance floor leads to better collaboration in the office. It is an engaging way to boost morale and build lasting bonds among team members.
We offer group classes priced at $95 for 4 weeks to give your team a solid foundation. You do not need to bring a partner because partners rotate throughout the session. Rotating partners helps every team member interact with different colleagues in a structured, friendly setting. Everyone gets an opportunity to lead, follow, and dance with everyone else. This dynamic rotation keeps energy high and ensures no one gets left out.
Do not worry if your co-workers have never stepped on a dance floor before. Our Cumbia lessons are designed to accommodate all skill levels, especially total beginners. Plain, short instructions help everyone learn the fundamental steps with confidence. We focus on creating a positive, friendly environment where mistakes are treated as part of the fun. Your group will feel comfortable right away as they step into the world of Cumbia dance.
