What happens if our studio cancels a group class?
If Dennis PaSamba Dance Company cancels a group class due to extreme weather or an unforeseen studio issue, we notify all registered students immediately. We send text messages and emails as soon as a decision is made so you do not drive out to our location unnecessarily. Our studio is located at 4820 W. When a class is canceled by the studio, you will not lose that lesson or your investment. Our standard group classes are $95 for 4 weeks of instruction. If we cancel one of those four weekly sessions, we automatically extend the series by adding a make-up class to the end of the term. You still receive the full four weeks of training that you paid for, with no hassle or complicated steps on your end.
In rare cases where extending the schedule by an extra week is not possible, we issue a class credit to your account. You can apply that credit toward a future four-week group class series at our studio. We want to ensure that every student gets complete value from their registration fee. You never need a partner to join our group classes, as all partners rotate continuously throughout every single session.
