What Is The Refund Policy For Missed Group Classes

What happens if you miss a group class at Dennis PaSamba Dance Company?

Our group classes run in structured 4-week sessions for $95. When you sign up, your payment reserves a dedicated spot in that specific course cycle. Because studio space and class rosters are limited, we do not offer monetary refunds for any group classes you miss. This clear policy ensures that our instructors can properly plan lessons and keep our rotating partner system balanced for every student in the room.

We understand that work meetings, travel, or illness can interrupt your schedule during the 4-week session. While we cannot issue cash refunds or credit card chargebacks for missed group classes, we encourage you to stay in touch. If you know in advance that you will miss a day, text or call 717-PaSamba (717-727-2622). Letting us know early helps us keep track of attendance for our Irving Park studio location.

You never need a partner to join our group classes because partners rotate continuously throughout each lesson. However, missing a class means you miss out on specific footwork combinations and partner rotations. Because group class fees are $95 for 4 weeks, holding your place requires a full commitment to the session. Partial refunds for individual missed weeks are not available under any circumstances, so plan your schedule carefully before enrolling.

If you miss a class, your tuition fee of $95 for 4 weeks cannot be transferred to a future month. Session start dates and schedules are fixed for our Six Corners location at 4820 W. Irving Park Rd. We keep our pricing straightforward without hidden fees. Understanding this policy before registering helps prevent confusion and allows our team to focus entirely on teaching great dance techniques to everyone in attendance.

To get the most value from your $95 for 4 weeks, we recommend prioritizing all four class dates in your personal calendar. Parking is free near our venue in Irving Park, making it easy to arrive on time every single week. If an unexpected emergency prevents you from attending, reach out to us right away via phone or text. Communication is always appreciated, even though monetary refunds remain strictly unavailable.

We aim to keep our group classes organized, affordable, and welcoming for every dancer. Keeping class sizes manageable is key to delivering high-quality instruction during every hour of social dance training. By maintaining a firm policy regarding refunds for missed classes, we can keep session prices at $95 for 4 weeks. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we build a strong dance community together in Chicago.

If you have questions about your registration status or class schedule, please reach out before your session begins. Our team is available by text or call at 717-PaSamba (717-727-2622). We are located in Six Corners at 4820 W. Irving Park Rd., Chicago, IL 60641 with free parking available. We look forward to dancing with you and helping you build your skills step by step.
