Our founder and lead instructor, Dennis PaSamba, has taught Latin dance in Chicago since 1992. He breaks down basic timing, gentle hip movement, and simple turn patterns so both of you feel comfortable on the floor right away.
In our group series, we focus on foundational footwork, timing, and clear lead-and-follow technique. While you come together as a couple, partners rotate during class because it accelerates your learning and sharpens your lead-and-follow skills. No partner needed if a friend comes solo, and no experience needed to enjoy every single week.
Getting to our studio is straightforward and stress-free for your night out. We offer free parking right at our Irving Park and Six Corners location, so you never have to worry about finding street parking. Our air-conditioned dance studio provides a supportive, social, and low-pressure environment perfect for weekly date nights.
