Step-by-Step Learning for All Levels
We specialize in taking people from zero experience to confident dancers. Our Salsa Level 1 course is the perfect starting point, focusing on the fundamentals in a supportive environment. Because we are located right in the Portage Park / Irving Park area, we see many of our neighbors returning week after week to progress through our levels. The 4-week progressive format ensures that you aren't just memorizing steps, but actually learning how to dance.
Beyond salsa, we offer Cumbia, Swing, and Argentine Tango. Each style brings its own energy and history. If you are looking for something more specific, like Kizomba or Zouk, we recommend checking the schedule for special courses or booking a private lesson with Dennis to get tailored instruction.
Social Dancing and Community Events
Learning to dance is only half the fun; the other half is putting it into practice. We host a Friday Social on the 1st and 3rd Friday of every month from 7 PM to 11 PM. It's a great local event for Portage Park residents to meet new people. The night starts with a salsa lesson, followed by hours of open dancing to bachata, cumbia, and more. It's affordable, fun, and right in your backyard.

Comfortable clothes and smooth-soled shoes are ideal. Sneakers work fine for beginners, but avoid heavy tread that might grip the floor too much.
Is there a discount for multiple classes?
Yes! If you are enrolled in one 4-week course, you can add a second style for just $55.
