How Do Makeup Classes Work for Four Week Group Sessions?
Life happens and you might miss a lesson during your four week group dance session at Dennis PaSamba Dance Company. Our studio is located at 4820 W. Irving Park Rd. in the Six Corners area of Irving Park with free parking. We want to make sure you get the full value of your dancing experience. If you know you will miss a night, please let us know ahead of time by calling or texting 717-PaSamba.
When you miss a class in a four week group session, we offer specific options to help you catch up on the material. You can attend an equivalent group session during the same active four week term if another time slot is available. This helps you stay on track with the dance steps, patterns, and timing taught that week. Simply message us at 717-PaSamba to confirm which alternative time slot fits your schedule best.
It is very important to notify us before your missed class takes place. Advance notice helps our instructors plan the rotation and manage class sizes effectively for all students. If you miss a class without letting us know in advance, you may forfeit the chance to schedule a makeup lesson for that specific four week session. Send a quick text to 717-PaSamba as soon as you realize you cannot attend.
All makeup classes must be completed within the current four week group session term. Because our curriculum progresses week by week, rolling over makeup credits to future months is generally not permitted. This structure ensures that everyone in the group stays on the same page from week one through week four. For full details or special situations, reach out directly by texting 717-PaSamba today.
If an alternative group class is not running during your session, our instructors can offer quick recap suggestions. You might review key movements with a partner or practice the basic footwork before your next scheduled class. We want every student at our Irving Park studio to feel confident on the dance floor. Text 717-PaSamba if you need extra guidance or want to check open spots in other classes.
