Understanding Your Cumbia Class Investment

Your investment in Cumbia dance classes with Dennis PaSamba Dance Company covers a comprehensive learning experience. Each payment of $95 secures your spot in a full four-week session. This structure is designed to give you consistent practice and progressive learning without long-term commitments. We focus on building your skills week by week, ensuring you gain confidence and proficiency in Cumbia.

The fee covers all instruction during your scheduled class time. Our experienced instructors guide you through foundational steps, rhythm, and partner work. You will learn the unique style and energy of Cumbia dance in a supportive group setting. This cost provides access to expert teaching and a dedicated space for your dance journey. It's a straightforward price for quality dance education.

Your $95 payment is for the entire four-week block of classes. We do not offer pay-per-class rates for group sessions. This helps maintain a cohesive learning environment for all students. By committing to the session, you become part of a consistent group, which helps with progression and building a comfortable class atmosphere. You know upfront what your dance education will cost for the month.

What Happens If You Miss a Class?

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and you might miss a class during your four-week Cumbia session. Dennis PaSamba Dance Company offers flexibility so you do not lose out on your investment. If you miss a week, you have options to make up that class. This policy ensures you can continue your learning path even with occasional scheduling conflicts.

You can make up a missed Cumbia class by attending another Cumbia group class offered during the same four-week session, if available. Alternatively, you can attend a different style of class, such as Salsa or Bachata, as a make-up. This allows you to experience other dance forms while still getting the value from your session payment. Please coordinate any make-up classes with us.

Make-up classes are provided as a courtesy and must be completed within the current four-week session. They cannot be carried over to future sessions. This policy helps us manage class sizes and maintain fairness for all students. We encourage you to attend your scheduled class whenever possible to get the most consistent learning experience. However, our make-up option provides a valuable safety net for your dance progress.

Additional Opportunities and Costs

Beyond your regular Cumbia group classes, Dennis PaSamba Dance Company offers additional opportunities to enhance your dance skills and experience. The Friday Social is a popular event that allows you to practice what you have learned. This is a separate, optional activity. It provides a relaxed environment to dance and connect with other students and instructors.

The cost for the Friday Social is $15 per person. This fee is separate from your four-week session payment. It is an opportunity for practice and enjoyment, not a formal class. You can attend as often as you like, separate from your scheduled group lessons. This affordable option is a great way to reinforce your Cumbia steps and develop your social dancing abilities.

While group classes are the primary way to learn, private lessons are available for those seeking personalized instruction. The cost for private lessons varies and is discussed separately. These one-on-one sessions can accelerate your learning or focus on specific techniques. We are committed to making your dance journey fulfilling, with clear costs and flexible options for your learning needs.
