Leads and follows stand in a circle. Every few minutes the instructor calls a change and the follows move to the next lead. Over an hour you dance with most of the room.

How group classes work
Our Cumbia classes are 4-week sessions. The cost for a session is $95. This fee covers all four weekly classes. We teach Cumbia in a structured progression. Each week builds on the last. You will see your progress quickly. No partner is needed for any class. You will rotate partners during class time. This helps everyone learn better. It also helps you adapt to different dance styles. If you miss a week, you can make it up. Simply attend another class during the session. Make-up classes help you stay on track. We do not offer refunds for missed classes. The Friday Social is a separate event. It costs $15 to attend. It is a practice session, not a substitute for class. The Friday Social is for all skill levels. It is a great way to practice what you learn. It also lets you enjoy social dancing. Our classes are for adults. We focus on a positive learning space.
